About the asap awards

The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP), the not-for-profit trade body for the Serviced Apartment sector, are the pioneers of the first global awards programme for the serviced apartment, the aparthotel, extended stay and short-term accommodation rental industry.  The highly successful programme is now entering into its 5th year.

The ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards recognises excellence, innovation and best practice at individual, team and company level throughout the industry and brings together ASAP members, the wider industry, operators, agents and industry aligned suppliers to celebrate and recognise the sector’s achievements over the past 12 months.

The 2017 ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards programme is now open for entries which are invited and welcomed from small independent companies through to global players within the sector.  The awards will highlight the greatest achievements and innovations across the fastest growing sector of the hospitality industry.

There are 10 award categories to enter and the winners will be selected from a finalist shortlist with the accolades being presented at the 2017 ASAP Gala Dinner to be held on December 7th 2017 at 155, Bishopsgate following the ASAP Convention.

Information regarding the awards, their categories, Ts & Cs, hints and tips and FAQ’s can be found within the website or please download the entry information booklet HERE.

AirPortr chose to enter the ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards in the hope that it would help to promote the service and raise its profile as London's premium luggage delivery, storage and check-in service. It was a huge privilege to collect the award and spend the evening in the company of other respected member operators, agencies and business partners.

The ASAP awards showcase best practices by highlighting achievement and innovation over the past year which serves to demonstrate quality and improve standards across the rapidly changing serviced apartment sector. The awards also provide a good benchmark for us as we continue to strive for excellence throughout our business worldwide.  We actively take steps to recognise and reward our high performers and the ASAP awards provide us with an ideal opportunity to do this.

The ASAP is widely recognised as the voice of the Serviced Apartments industry. To be a finalist in the 2016 Serviced Apartment Industry Awards Programme was great recognition from the organisation that sets the standards in our industry. Such recognition strengthens our brand to existing and potential clients; it acknowledges the hard work of our team and motivates them to continue to strive to deliver the high levels of service required by our ASAP accreditation.

The ASAP awards are now a key event in the UK serviced apartment calendar. The awards are a great way to reward and recognise all the hard work that the team puts in every day. They are also a useful way to reflect on the year’s achievements. They also show our guests how much we care about their experience with us.

The ASAP Awards provide the perfect opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our thriving serviced apartment sector. To receive acknowledgement from the independent judges, on the best night of the serviced apartment calendar, was the perfect way to sign off 2016.

The ASAP Awards programmme is the perfect opportunity to pause and to reflect on your company and employee acheivements over the last year and to celebrate all that is good. The Awards Dinner is also great at bringing together all involved in the serviced apartment industry and it’s a great opportunity for the ASAP and the serviced apartment industry as a whole to promote service excellence.
